Account

Creating an account is completely free and takes less than 2 minutes. Simply visit our homepage, fill in your first name, email, a password, your age and gender, then click "Register for free". You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your address.

After signing in, navigate to "My Profile" in your account menu. From there you can edit your photos, personal description, interests and preferences at any time.

You can delete your account permanently via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action removes all your data immediately and is irreversible. Alternatively, contact support@singles-treffen.com and we'll handle it within 48 hours.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

No. Our terms of service permit one account per person. Multiple accounts result in all associated accounts being permanently banned. If you've lost access to your account, please contact support.

Messages

Visit any member's profile and click the "Send Message" button. You can also reply directly from your inbox. Free members can send a limited number of messages per day; premium members have unlimited messaging.

Yes, you can share photos privately via the messaging system. All shared images are screened by our moderation team before delivery to prevent inappropriate content. Photos must comply with our Community Guidelines.

Open the member's profile or a conversation with them and select "Block User" from the menu (three dots icon). Blocked users cannot send you messages, view your profile or see you in search results.

All messages are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your conversations are private and not shared with third parties. Our staff may review flagged messages solely for safety and moderation purposes.

Safety

Every new profile goes through an automated and manual review process. We check for fake photos using reverse image search, verify email addresses, and flag suspicious activity patterns. Verified profiles display a green checkmark badge.

Use our anonymous Report User tool to flag the account. Our team reviews every report within 4 hours. Warning signs include refusing video calls, asking for money, and overly generic profile photos. See our Safety Guide for more tips.

Visit the Report page and select "Harassment" as your reason. Provide as much detail as possible. You can also email abuse@singles-treffen.com for urgent safety concerns.

We recommend keeping communication within the platform until you are confident the other person is genuine. Build trust through multiple conversations, consider a video call first, and only share personal contact details when you feel completely safe doing so.

Subscription

Yes — registration, profile creation, browsing and a daily message allowance are completely free. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited messaging, advanced filters, profile boosts and read receipts. No credit card is required to sign up.

You can cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your premium benefits remain active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit for German bank accounts. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new premium subscriptions as required by EU consumer law. Contact support@singles-treffen.com within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund.

Technical

First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. Ensure your browser is up to date — we support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Check your spam/junk folder and add noreply@singles-treffen.com to your contacts. You can manage notification preferences in Settings → Notifications. If you're still not receiving emails, contact our support team.

Photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP format, a maximum of 10MB per image, and at least 400×400 pixels. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Explicit or inappropriate images will be automatically rejected.

Our website is fully responsive and works seamlessly on all mobile devices via your browser. A dedicated native app for iOS and Android is currently in development and will be released later in 2026.
